- 78-79 models had a harder, completely smooth plastic rim.

- Pictures are of actual part Near NOS condition. The grain pattern on the outside shows almost no wear. To be clear... This is not an NOS steering wheel. However, the condition is nice enough that it could be. You're not going to find much better. Check out the grain pattern on the front. Most steering wheels this age are worn flat, often you can't even see the two lines anymore. This one is a survivor. The grain pattern is beautiful. Steering wheel had a cover installed when removed that protected it. Looks to have been covered for almost all its life. Back side of the steering wheel is in excellent condition as well.
